Before Golden Slice, there was a journey. Our founder spent years working inside one of the world's most recognised pizza chains โ€” not as a manager, not as an observer, but as someone who got their hands in the dough every single day. He learned every detail of the craft from the inside out: how to read a dough's texture, how to identify a perfectly fermented base, and why the temperature of an oven changes everything.
